The experience begins with a guided tour of La Boqueria Market, one of the most iconic food markets in the world. Here, your chef will introduce you to a variety of fresh, local ingredients and hand-pick the produce and seafood that will go into your paella.

After the market visit, you’ll take a short walk to our fully equipped open kitchen workshop. You’ll be welcomed with unlimited sangria, followed by a tapas tasting and preparation session to get things started. While you enjoy your drinks and bites, the chef will begin prepping the ingredients for the star of the show—your traditional paella.

The class includes a step-by-step demonstration of how to clean fresh seafood like calamari, prepare vegetables, and build rich, authentic flavors in your dish.
